Sunday 22 April on BBC1 at 16.05 and on Wednesday 25 April on BBC 2.
We are delighted to announce that Research Autism has been chosen to be one of the BBC’s featured charities for their Lifeline programme, the BBC’s monthly television charity appeal. A ten minute film about Research Autism and the work we do will be transmitted on Sunday 22 April on BBC1 at 16.05 (after Human Planet and before Songs of Praise!) and repeated on Wednesday 25 April on BBC2 at 13.30. We are particularly pleased that the appeal will be aired during April, which is Autism Awareness Month. The programme will be presented by One Show presenter and pop vocal coach Carrie Grant. As a mother of two children with autism, Carrie understands the constant challenges that families have to face in living with the condition.
